on the phone was rude. When asking for a Reach in cooler supplier we are in Ohio. They said to far I said OK I come to pick Really looking for 2 /4 doors or reaching cooler , than she Said We not accepting new customers So you guys don’t wanna make money? Why you in business?

Guy on the phone was rude. When asking for a part he asked if I was a contractor or homeowner and when I responded with homeowner, he immediately started to talk down to me like I had no knowledge of what I was doing and refused to sell me the part. Glad for the internet

I deal with this Grand Rapids branch on a daily basis, and am always impressed by their knowledge and large quantity of stock onhand. Jeff, Andrew & Steve are always helpful and able to assist me with whatever i'm working on. Highly recommend this company.

We stood at the service counter, the only customers in the store, and were ignored while the only employee made small talk on his phone to someone. He watched us walk out the door 15 minutes later. A helpful customer walking in gave us directions to a competing HVAC supplier. As a small business owner myself, I actually felt bad for whoever owns Young. I don’t like to leave a poor review, but maybe this will help the owner(s) address the situation.
