I want to give Nelly Gutierrez a special shout out for her exemplary and excellent customer service. She helped me out a lot by investigating and doing a great job regarding my son's insurance and procedure. I am so thankful for her and the rest of the staff's professionalism. If they remained in Jonesboro this would definitely be the only dental office I would continue to bring my kids to!
Young Smiles Dentistry is simply phenomenal! My daughter has been visiting this location for a few years now, and each visit has been consistently positive. The hygienists and assistants are incredibly patient and always take the time to explain every tool and procedure before they begin, which has greatly helped ease my daughter's anxiety about visiting the dentist. Took my 4yr old to her first dental appointment here and I have nothing but Great things to say. Everyone was so very friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to do and to my baby girl's teeth and she was very comfortable. Answered all my questions and took the time to listen to all my concerns. Dr. Jackson and the dental hygienists were just Great! Thank you for a very great 1st time dental experience for my 4yr old today. She is looking forward to her next dentist appointment!
