I’ve been coming here for YEARS and idk what happened but she just seems to have lost her touch. I recently went and got a cleaning done and usually she’s very heavy handed but that day oh my god it was my final straw I couldn’t take it anymore. She asked me a question and as I went to answer she walked out of the room to grab something and completely ignored me. Horrible service ….dont come to this place! They don’t care about patients anymore! Rude, aggressive, and no compassion for their patients.
I had a great experience at Young Smiles Dental. I struggle with a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but the team here was incredibly patient and understanding with me. The doctor and her assistant were both very kind and professional, even though I know I can be a difficult patient to work with at times or all the time. They took the time to make me feel safe, comfortable, and reassured that everything was going to be okay throughout the process.
