The office is beautiful and staff was friendly. However, the doctor was rude, did not listen to me and talked over me. I honestly could not believe how he was acting and I called him out on it. I said "I feel very uncomfortable with this visit and don't understand what's the problem", his response is "this visit has been very uncomfortable for us as well". What doctor says that. I noticed that they opened a new eye clinic in my little town over here, and I hate going to Lafayette if I don't have to, so, I deceided to give this place a shot. Wow, what a nice place! The staff is so nice and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. Dr. Young took very good care of my eyes. I am glad that they put an office here close to my house.
I had a wonderful experience. The office is nice and clean. I have been wearing glasses my whole life and have never received my glasses back so fast. The doctor is very passionate about what he does. My eyesight has improved since he started managing my case. My procedure was quick and the wait was not too long. The staff made me feel at home.
The receptionist were nice but slow. The Doctor was great but rude. I did order new glasses and it has been over three weeks and still have not received them. When i call to ask the receptionist just keep saying a week longer. I have been wearing glasses for twenty years and have never had to wait longer then two weeks for glasses. I find the service lacking and will not return.
I have never been to an eye clinic quite like this before. The cheerfulness and great attitude of the staff was certainly refreshing. I never knew what a real eye exam was like until I visited Dr. Young, He found cataracts that my last eye doctor said were not a problem, they just wanted me to buy some expensive glasses and go on my way, I scheduled a bifocal lens replacement surgery with Dr. Young and one month later my vision was 20/20 without the need for ANY eyeglasses, and I am 62 years old!
