Very bad experience . I’ve been going to this office for years. Recently I believe they sold the practice and the service has been terrible. I came to buy new contacts 3 weeks ago. I was informed they lost my records. I have been trying to get my prescription for three weeks. No resolution has been offer. Andy, one of the staff members is very rude . Told me to “sue him” and dismissed the gravity of the issue. Now I have an eye infection and need to pay $200 for a new exam since my insurance only covers It once a year. I’ve ... read more

These NEW Management guys finally know what's going on. They got my GF a pair of glasses,(in no time) and she loves them. She can now see again!!! Thank guys!
Horrible service. I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. I did not have one problem when Dr. Johanna Young was in charge. Now this business is ran by two complete inept employees. I had to do my glasses twice, And still, I had to go a third time to check the lenses because they are clearly not what it was recommended, only this time they tried to charge the insurance for it.
