This attorney is rude and racist. I contacted him on behalf of my husband for a record expungement and he seems interested in helping until I told him my husbands name which is Tyrone. He immediately said he will not be able to help him because it has to be 10 years old. My husband never told him how old it was so he had to cut David off to tell him it is 13 years old and he just said, “I don’t think I’m going to be able to help you.” From the reviews it looks as though this a trend for him. I would not recommend this lawyer. I hired this lawyer to help me with my law suit and in return I received poor communication having to call him back multiple time per day before he answered. Also he helped me file the paper work then stated he is not interested in representing me after payment was already received.
