I have been a client of Dr. Young for over 5 years. I would never trust my "kids" in the hands of another vet. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me by name and usually my pets/fosters, too! They are all patient with my "not always on their best behavior" dogs. Dr. Young is the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever met. She always takes the time to explain things and answer questions when I have them. It can be very difficult in this time of computer reviews where someone can sit behind a keyboard anonymously and falsely, maliciously attack a person's livelihood without consequence. It's even more difficult for a doctor who cannot divulge the specifics of a case in order to avoid violating doctor/patient confidentiality. Dr. Young truly cares about the pet and the pet owner. Her professional, compassionate, and expert manner makes you feel like a part of her family. She cares for a little group of animals who were unwanted by their owners and when you see her with them all you can think about is Dr. Dolittle - they follow her around the clinic, shadowing her every move.
