10/14/26 my wife and I stopped in to look at trading our car. We have been pre approved by Chryslers bank. We were passed to two sales people and left in an office to set with no response after an hour we walked out. I guess. They have sold more cars and trucks than they need this month. We were treated very rudely. I am a disabled Vet. My wife works for the school district. We will let everyone know of or dissatisfied service with this worthless car dealership. In my 72 years I have never seen worst

I thought the service was great. Jared and Ty were awesome. They made us feel comfortable and we didn’t feel pressured at anytime My only complaint and it is all car sales why does it take so long But anyway thanks guys luv ya

Cody and the entire crew at MWM were awesome. I was looking for a flatbed truck from out of state, and that can be challenging as I have to trust what they say when I can’t physically be there. They were more than willing to send me photos and videos, and Cody even put it up on a lift for me to see the underneath! They even dropped the truck off at a local shop to have it checked out. Was told it would be about 20 minutes to check the rear seatbelts on recall. 50 minutes later they were done. Looked at the work sheet and discovered they had driven my truck 2 miles for no valid reason. Waiting room is barren to say the least.
