Last time we took our Acadia in for a service there were multiple issues that have now been discovered 6000 miles later while I was servicing it. The air filter housing was loose, bolts were not tight and two of them were completely missing. This allowed visible dust to the clean side of the filter housing. They also over torqued the oil drain plug, spec is 20 pounds and i had to use a breaker bar to remove it. The last issue with this service appointment was a blatant lie. They strive to provide great customer care. Either in service, detailing, body shop, or sales. I recommend coming to get taken care of not just now but they the future as well.
