I was treated so poorly . Lied to about the warranty that comes with a new car. Low balled on offer for a trade in. Told how they lose money on trade ins. So why buy a car from them if there is an automatic loss. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Great experience when I bought my car. However when I got there my appointment didn't exist so that was irritating. Very fast at getting me outta there, but was told my tire sensor was broke so now my light remains on all the time. I don't understand if it was broken before I went in then why did it work just fine before that, especially when all they did was oil change and tire rotation. I was really happy, I bought a car in 2014. Complete with the Extended warranty, for 6 years. I brought my car in yesterday and oddly enough, my warrant wasn't valid anymore. I was shocked, and so was the service rep. We thought for sure there was a mistake. Nope. Looking at the "fine print" my warranty was for 6 years, but the mileage had been checked to 70k miles, barely 20k over the manufacturers warranty.
