Had them install rift and quartered oak flooring throughout my lower level. They were super patient with me during the material and color selection process, which was, I'm sure, grueling for them. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and provide the pros and cons of each. They performed the installation as planned and the floor is beautiful.
