I'm sorry but it made me choose a star. I wouldn't even give then that. Staff there is very rude. Not talking dental assistants but office staff. They would not let my son be seen because dentaquest had an error on their part which all could've been resolved with a phone call or paper from medicaid stating eligibility. However the office manager herself (Debbie) sat there and decided to agree with me on the phone and make herself look stupid by switching up her stories and raising her voice at me. I love this place. I have been going here since I was a child and now I take my 6 year old here. He also loves it. I always have great service. And wouldn't think of taking my child elsewhere. Thank you for being such an amazing Dental office.
Very friendly & never have to wait long. Always get us appointments that work for us since we have to travel.
Everyone was just so nice my son's first appointment was a blast
Your Front Counter Staff are very Unprofessional the Manager wont even listen to your opinion when a Employee treats you Rudely. Never taking my kids back. Only nice ones there were the Assistant Dentists and the Dentists.
