I wouldn’t give a 1 star. Only thing is they have cheap rates. My rear window was shot out in my drive way and I claim it on my insurance. They quoted me $912.18 in cost repairs and I have a $2000 deductible. So I’m responsible to pay because it’s below my deductible. I will be ending my coverage. Everything cheap ain’t good and I pay $190 in car insurance.

This insurance company are theives u can't cancel u insurance without a 50 cancelation fee and u have to go sit in the office for 30 minutes to wait for a manger to cancel u policy do not use young American they nothing but theirs looking for a pay day
Don't even bother unless you want to be over charged
