The “multi store manager” Luis Ximeyo is very rude and unprofessional! I have been insured by this company since 2018 and have never been treated the way I was treated today in the Keystone location! He is there to help the people who pay for his service and he is just flat out rude if he don’t like his job he should find another one and learn how to speak to people!
Omg get rid of that manager of south keystone location. Tried to pay my sisters insurance for her today. She is in hospital with cancer complications and he would not take the payment because "I am not on the policy". I am PAYING money not ASKING for money. I cannot stand that guy. I have had insurance here for yrs, watch me find another insurance company to do my business with, when my policy is up.Black lady who works there is VERY NICE person to do business with, fast and friendly
I got a flat tire and called my insurance company and they sent someone within an hour. Was a Super nice guy and fixed me right up. Thanks Young America
