Shay is one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever met she made sure my mom was taking care of :)
Shay sat on the phone with her friend and would not end her conversation but was asking me for my card information so that I could make my payment. I ended up just walking out. That is unprofessional and almost like fraud. I would never give my card information out loud while you’re having a personal conversation at work. I hate this location.
This one of the worst places to have a policy. Shay is so unprofessional, horrible. Talking about this is her store she does as she pleases! I won’t be back

Been with them for years and added a car to my policy and agent messed it up and they tried to charge me 400 for the month of June they refused to fix it and then refused to give me my money back that I paid watch this company they are scandalous
