Younan has defaulted on more than $100,000 in outstanding invoices, with some balances remaining unpaid for several years. A collections lawsuit has been filed, and the company continues to avoid resolution. Additionally, statements from individuals familiar with the company raise serious concerns about the financial health and solvency of Younan and its related entities. Anyone considering doing business with Younan or its affiliates should exercise caution and perform careful due diligence.

Fast forward 2 years later from that “disrepair” review and this building is beautifully renovated to the fullest extent. My company just signed a lease with “Lamar Plaza” and we feel lucky to get in now and lock in great rates. It’s a great deal for a luxury look and the management team is the BEST!

Younan Property Management has allowed this once-nice office building fall into disrepair. People regularly get stuck in elevators, the escalators down to the tunnel system are often stopped, restrooms remain out of order for weeks at a time, offices on five floors have had to be evacuated due to a plumbing leak, the stairwells smell of urine. If you're looking for a Class A office space, this isn't it!
