Security issues in and out side the building. Randoms who live along side freeway come and bother you on your break at the patio. Not good!
Younan took over the property we are at in their "Merge" location. Since their acquisition, the quality of the property has severely decreased from what CBRE had maintained. Specifically, their property managers are slow to respond (if at all) and more often than not leave the issues unresolved while they shop for cheaper solutions.
