VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE... Very happy with the service and work that was done at Dob's. I needed to have a flat repaired. I called to see if I needed an appointment. Tim, Owner, told me that they opened at 7:30AM. He opened the door at 7:25AM and was ready to assist me. They got me right in and on my way to work. Approx. time was 30 minutes. I also purchased a set of tires in 2008. Priced right and I have not had any problems. I plan to get my next set of tires from them.
13brian Excellent service and pricing. I could not be more pleased, having been a mechanic and still doing some work on the side for over 20 years I have been around a lot of places for services. I highly recommend this place. They were as friendly as could be (especially the owner, Ted) did exactly what they said and while I was there I saw how they interacted with others. Greatest Tire Business in Blue Springs, MO I have done business with Dob's Tire since 1997 when I first moved to the area and they have always had great prices and the most friendly people. Recently my son took it upon himself to go somewhere else (across the street from Dob's) to get the car inspected and he was told by the mechanic that he needed almost 400 dollars in front end work to get it to pass inspection. Tires for an alero I went to Dob's for a couple tires, they were actually a little cheaper than Costco, and while I was there, they did spot a worn tie rod (which I did have). They priced it and I called around, they were much more inexpensive than anyone else. They were also very friendly. It's a tire shop so it's not as clean as a restaurant but I'd definitely go back there again. They make you feel like a long time customer the first time you show up.
Very Pleased Customer!! This company has ALWAYS taken the best care of us. Because its not a large chain, they can give the customer care that is necessary to have a sucessful business. It seems no matter how busy they are, they always "fit" us in. I woke up this morning to a flat tire and because we have the road hazard guarentee, they said to bring it on in and they'd take a look at it and get it fixed. As long as we live in the KC area - we will be continued, very pleased, customers of Dob's!!!
Dob's Rocks Dob's Tires / Blue Springs on 7 Hiway - - they ROCK! Family owned business, honest, friendly, and more than fair! I purchased tires last week and one of them got "out of balance" could have been a pothole, could have been a freak thing. Took the car back in and decided to get an oil change while there. Dob's Tire Of Blue Springs is rude and inconsiderate I talked to them on thur. 11/12 and again on fri. 11/13 to get a quote on tires for my daughters car. I told them I would be in sat. 11/14 and asked what there hours were for that day. I drove 65 miles on sat. 11/14 only to be told that they were closed to redue the floor in the waiting area. They were also rude to me when I asked why they did not tell me this when I told them I would be in on sat. I then asked if there was anywhere colse by for tires and got no response. ... read more
Honesty and Excellent Service We have been taking our vehicles to Dob's for years. We have always received honest and friendly service. Unlike other places, they do not push or sell products or warranties that we do not need. We would not buy tires from anyone else.
Price and customer service I have used and recommended them for 15 years. No one I have referred them to has ever been unhappy. Dobbs have told me alternate places to go if they couldn't do a particular problem. Their personal references of other services have taken excellent care of me. They take the Firestone card that always has the 90 days same as cash for emergencies.
