Don't nickel and dime you on fees! So impressed! I have been pricing replacement tires for my van for weeks and had planned to purchase them from Sears, but Sears wouldn't waive the "shipping" charge on the tires even though they had them in stock and they were listed as "free store pickup." Service I normally would not take the time to write a review but I am so appalled by the rudeness of the man in this store I thought I needed to. Without going into too much detail, we were treated terribly and spoke to with such disrespect. They also do not like to admit when they have made a mistake. I will never step foot in this business or refer ANYONE to them, EVER. Horrible service.

Friendly and helpful I can't tell you enough good things about this business. When it came to my truck needing two front tires they were the least expensive. With being on a budget I called everywhere..... Wal-Mart, Goodyear, OK, etc. They were cheapest. When I came in I had my two, two year olds with me. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Best place around! My father-in-law stumbled upon Dobs when our families first moved to the area in 2007. After one interaction he insisted we take our vehicles there for their Missouri inspection. We'll never go anywhere else! Affordable, efficient, and HONEST. We recommend Dobs to everyone we know!
The Best I have used dobs on and off over the last 15 years. They are knowledgeable and friendly and try to work within your budget. Some of the reviews pointing to OK tire that I have seen look like obvious plants by some of their staff. I had a bad experience at ok tire and will never go back to them. Rude, unfriendly and they kept a wheel lock key and then would not make it right when I discovered it was gone. Trust me Dobs is head and shoulders above OK tire. I've tried them both.

We have been in buisness for 32 years and i would never argue about someones comment about our store for everyone has a right to there opinion. Dobs did not make me feel welcome Tried this store a couple of times and felt like my being there was inconvenient to them. They did not impress me as customer friendly and if I wanted something, it was all on their terms. Customer service is big in my book and their price was not the best even though you usually get what you pay for. dobbs tire terrible very rude i bought a tire cheaper somewhere else and he would not put it on and i told him well you did before ! i said im going to ok tire and he said good go there! never go back and hope they loose there ass!!!!
