We have never met someone like Dr Kip. This man cares so much about animals and his level of caring, understanding and compassion goes far beyond anything we expected. We had to take our young cat, Winnie, to YNWA because she had a tumor in her back leg. Dr. Kip gave us all of our options and we chose amputation as our cat's best chance for survival. In my experience in pet ownership Kip has to be the most caring human ever like your pet is his pet . I’d never use another vet .
First time here for my 14 yr old male cat who has stomach/ gastrointestinal issues..after paying over 500.00 dollars for the initial visit including $60 for a 30 day supply of Rx strength Probiotics...nothing changed with his vomiting & diarrhea issues ...next step was an ultrasound which entails you dropping off your pet at 9:00 am due to it being a Mobile Ultrasound Unit that comes there Wed & Fri for the procedure and no way of giving appt. times. We recently moved to the area and attempted to switch our pets care to this vet. My dogs first visit was just a routine examination. Very run of the mill and everyone was fairly nice. Since then my dog has gotten sick twice. I’ve called to get him in and they don’t have appointments for 1-2 weeks out. I asked if this typical and the receptionist confirmed it is. So my dog is supposed to go to the emergency room everytime she has an ear infection or small illness? I’ve had dogs all my life and this is unheard of.
