I can’t give more than 5 stars but Dr. Ashley Cohen and her tech Lana deserve 100 of them. We brought my new baby Reese (Reese’s Pieces) in for her first visit after Reese rescued me, this past Tuesday, and the time Lana and Dr. Ashley spent with us was above and beyond. Reese was a street rescue who had lived much of her first 5 years wandering around Baltimore and we had so many questions, not to mention Reese had a recent URI and had been sneezing quite a bit over the previous 3 weeks we got her. I don't even know where to begin. My boy Bucky of 11 years finally succumbed to his cancer and the heartbreak of ending his pain was only manageable due to the kindness and softness of Dr. Hannah and Carly.. with out the love and tender approach to end of life service they provided I'm pretty sure I would not have been able to care for my boy. I will be for ever grateful to this vet who took time to make sure we were okay every step and moment. Thank you!
Yesterday I had to put my dog down. As devastating as that was Dr. Hannah and the vet tech Carly made the entire experience as gentle as possible for us. My family was provided with as much time as we needed before, during and after with our pup and I felt cared for and supported the entire time. Before the time came, Carly brought our sweet boy some delicious end of life treats (cookies, PB, chocolate, cheese itz). The paw prints we received were BEAUTIFUL. If you want a vet who cares more about your pet than making a profit THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! My Jada needed surgery for an impaction. They stayed until 10pm doing her surgery & worked with me on the bill. I have no doubt anywhere else would’ve cost me a couple thousand easy. The day after surgery she was very miserable & they stayed late on a Friday so I could come pick up some meds & not have to wait til morning. It easy to see that they truly care. They helped w the healing of Rusti. I'm forever grateful to know what was going on with her and getting us on a healthful path. Update: Rusti is a girl. Not a dude .And has had some serious health challenges. But Dr. Kip and Dr. Hannah have been clutch. Quick appointment times, through care planning & genuine care in keeping our gal well. Rusti is the spice we never knew our family needed.
