The staff at YNWA took exceptional care of our Brooklyn, up to his last day. We will forever be grateful to everyone there who made his vet experience a good one. Brooklyn was a high maintenance, drama king German Shepard, and they handled him with kindness and with ease. They never muzzled him and always treated him gently and kindly. Dr. Kipp and his team are exceptional. I brought him a young rescue cat who had previously been TNR’d, but about a month after bringing her inside, she went into full heat. Dr. Kipp suspected ovarian remnant syndrome (ORS) and ordered specific bloodwork to confirm it. The test came back positive. I’m embarrassed to admit that I became overwhelmed when the doctor was explaining post-care, but she kindly wrote everything out for me so I would feel comfortable and know exactly what is needed.
