Very nice customer service and good bedside manner, but unfortunately this did not translate to good medical care for my dog. Two separate providers stapled shut necrotic tissue on a bite wound without debriding first, which then dehisced each time; second opinions from several outside vets confirmed this is what happened from reviewing photos and examining the wound. This place is so awesome, I cannot say more good things about it. Compassionate, caring, professional but down to earth. I have never been rushed if I have questions. I know they have done everything possible for any animal I have ever had seen and I trust Dr. Beth's opinion 100%!
I have been seeing Dr. Kip, since he started his practice, about 12. To 13 years. I would never use another vet. He is caring, compassionate and we consider him family. His staff is wonderful and always helpful. It would be hard to find another vet that would go the extra mile, for your fur babies.
