Generally poor. Not at all good at communication, poor attention to detail, not professional, nor responsive. Not recommended.
I have rented many years after selling my house and have tried to steer clear of property Management Company due to the fact they care only about getting you in the place and anything after that you are on your own. I have been lucky to have been able to rent from owner for many previous years, this is almost impossible to find that option today.
