Youka was kind, patient, detail-orientated, and communicative. I appreciated her expertise, you can see her work was amazing!!! I know where to go from now on! :) The atmosphere and ambiance was very calming for me. Super happy with the outcome.
I came here for the 2nd time to get my hair cut and It came with a pleasant surprise First, the service is top tier! From washing my hair, to cut and blow dry- it was very detailed and i felt like i was truly in good hands with Youka and her team. I was just having a natural conversation with Youka and i told her it was my bday and she casually just greeted me and moved on to another topic. One of the best hair salon experiences I’ve had in a very long time! Youka is incredibly kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love my haircut. I told her what I was hoping for and she brought it to life perfectly while also making sure we had realistic expectations.
