They have No interest whatsoever in the client, all they care about is getting your business and getting you to authorize them to take money out of your bank that they never discussed and you did not agree to. Beware!
Club is clean and they seem helpful my problem with the club is I can't go in there and watch Fox News in the morning when I'm on the machines but you can get all the other channels.
What happened to the cable news shows. It is what I do on the treadmill. I will have to once again re think my membership

I've had a poor customer service experience from the moment I joined. Everyone I spoke to shifts the blame to the new employees making mistakes instead of owning up to providing a horrible customer experience. This is the very first time I put a bad review for any company but I just feel that they are more interested in being right than providing a great customer experience.
