Good place to work out. Have friends and family that go here. I love it. When I go in feels like a home away from home.
I see so many people working out wrong ! No one comes around to tell them and the inner outer thigh machine why do girls stand on it that's hard on back and pelvic & Hip area! I worked w Arnold back in the day and Frank Zane in Santa Monica ca at Sports connection I was a instructor I see so many lifting so much weight and not getting full benifit of less wight more reps good form and for gods sake breath don't squint your face !
Amazing team. Crystal is awesome and love her circuit class.
