Horrible customer service! I'm a member there and wanted to bring my friend but she forgot her ID. Instead of kindly explaining why the assistant manger told me if I knew how to read! Such a great example of customer service... so rude and inconsiderate. What she did not know is that my friend came for vacation so embarrassing.
I am in Florida for only couple months, Youfit was able to get me set up in order to continue my weight lose/exercise program. Everyone has been just wonderful.
Great price for all the basic needs.

RecommendedNever had any issues with this location. It was one of the best things that could have happened to Magnolia Shoppes. The staff is nice and the gym itself is well maintained. It was nice to be able to go on a Sunday afternoon and have plenty of room to get a great workout in! 👏🏽🙌🏽

We've only been going to CS for about a month! I have noticed the ladies bathroom seems to ALWAYS be a complete disaster! Stall are clogged and seems nobody cares! Do the employees have their own bathroom? That would be the only way I could understand why it stays nasty!! Maybe nobody speaks up? We are ALWAYS greeted as soon as we walk in the door! clean your gym, hire people who care. Keep your equipment in working order. Treat your member like people. I get it, you hope your member won't come to the gym that why the rates are cheap. But you don't have to be rude and dirty to try and keep them away
