Very clean. Employees are very nice and friendly. I really enjoy working out here.
I wouldn't even give this gym 1 star and I've never been. However, I've been charged a monthly and yearly maintenance fee without ever being a "member". I had no clue I was even part of this gym and when I called to cancel I was told I had to come in and do it or send it in the mail. Neither of which are very convenient! It's a gym membership not clearance for the White House. I've been a part of many gyms all of which you could easily call and cancel...but not here! My ex husbands gym fees still keeping coming out of my bank account even though he went into the gym and cancelled over a year ago,nice called multiple times and been told a manager would call me back but this has yet to happen. Over the past year I've been charged $120 for literally nothing.
Plenty of machines with a good variety. The cardio machines all have tvs, phone hookups and fans. Pleasant staff.
The gym was fine. I cancelled my membership in May and have been charged dues in both June and July (anticipating another theft from my bank account in August, as well). I have called the gym and spoken with an employee who has assured me that they will fix it and that the manager will call me back. I have had absolutely no return calls from anyone.
This is a great gym, especially for the price. 10/10 would recommend.
