The no hassle cancellation promise is a complete lie, and a month to month membership is as strict as a pre paid, apparently. they still want to charge me for a yearly fee for next year, even though I cancelled, because I didn't do it a full 30 days before it's charged. But it's an upfront charge for the NEXT year, and I'm cancelling. I guess I have to contact my bank to get the charge to stop, since they're dishonest. My reason for cancelling is because the location nearest me shut down too!
RecommendedVery nice, clean , NEW equipment, quiet and relaxed location to get in a full workout 🏋️♀️. Great folks at my Youfit in Gilbert, AZ. Any level of training from A to Z is certainly available. All my fellow men and women faithful workout people in the Gilbert gym are very friendly. FOCUS!!! 👍🏼🔥💯🏋️♀️

you fit closed the club by my house so I called up to cancel my membership. They told me I had to come to a different club to cancel in person or I could send a certified letter and pay $10 to cancel. This all after they closed the club. So I'm not going to take the time to drive down to another club to cancel. Crazy terrible customer service.
I canceled my gym membership 1 Year and a half ago. I had to move quickly and had to call instead of going in since the place I moved did not have a You fit in the city. I am continually harassed to “make a payment or they won’t cancel the membership”. I have not used the gym for years so why would I pay? The callers are belligerent and asking for payment to cancel seems like it is extortion. If I would have known you can never cancel I would have never signed up. Please CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!
if you have a membership at a single location and the company decides to shut it down for any reason, you will not be given a refund on your annual dues even if they were very recently paid. this is a total rip-off.
Same old equipment and chlorine smell they had several months ago.
Cancelled my membership months ago, staff didn’t do the paperwork right, still charged me and monthly and annually. If you’re into being stolen from, I highly recommend this place.
RecommendedFriendly and helpful staff. Never have to wait on equipments like at most gyms.
