My coach Ligan Gutherie (has left their employment) was the brightest light bulb. He always greated with a huge beautiful smile. BIG Hello good to see you. He just sparkled when talking to anyone. I wish all their employees had his enthuasiam. I really miss him.
I can bring a workout buddy anytime I want. How awesome it that?
Love the facility, the welcoming faculty and the BODY PUMP class!! I'm new to weight training and the instructor as well as one of the gentlemen who seems to attend on a regular were so welcoming. They provided assistance where they saw I needed it. I'm a simple cardio Queen so this is all new to me but I can't wait to see what the results will be! Yoga and Zumba are next ... EXCITED!
