It's an amazing experience I love working out. I can't wait to see what the classes are like.
I have been to this location about 8 times so far and really enjoy how nice the staff is, how clean it is kept and machines seem to be well maintained. Nothing bad to say.
Don't get to go as often as I would like but I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere when I do go. Very clean and the is no "GYMTIMIDATION" whatsoever!!! Definitely would refer a friend!!!
If there is one arc trainer out of service, that's one too many, but I'm anal about the work I put in and do realize maintenance is not a 24 hr business.
Its a great place to train. Not a high intensity crazy gym, but a place to train and get a great workout in.
