Today is the day after Memorial Day. I arrived at 4:40 and the door is locked. The loud mouthed man working at the front says closed until 5. No special holiday hours were posted on your door front or on Facebook. This happens every holiday. There were about 15 of us locked out for some hours you all of the sudden switched. Customer service is in need of desperate help. With an EOS fitness and planet fitness moving within 3 miles of this place, you think you'd be doing everything to keep the customers you have.
Dislike that sometimes they aren't open when they are supposed to be! Had that happen a lot in the winter and then again this week, it says 12am-12am come on be open then! Frustrating but other than that it's a descent gym.
