3 months ago I tore a couple ligaments in my thumb, I wasn't able to workout and put my training account on hold. When the money was removed from my account I was upset. So I called in and Keith, the new manager, he was amazing. He took care of everything for me and handled it promptly and effectively. He made sure things were set right. Great management and if you're looking for training, ask for Travis, he is the best. Great people and great results. I was extremely happy with them.
I joined four months ago. I was told they had Wi-Fi at the time. It has never worked. I have talked with numerous managers in the corporate office about it. They all promised they are fixing it. But nothing ever gets done. very hard to find someone who cares and will actually talk to me and give me a straight answer actually I haven't gotten a straight answer. Terrible customer service
Very clean, now I need Nancy Georges as my trainer.
