Other gyms in the area have stopped charging their members since they are closed. Why is this the only gym charging full price still. Your members are also taking a hit and losing hours and pay. Not only that but my membership fee was increased without any email update or notice. This is ridiculous. I will be changing to a gym that puts their members first and fighting for my money back for this month when it is impossible to reach anyone regarding this. Love this place never too crowded.......always able to get in and out
Zumba classes, I try to attend on Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday. Both the instructor; Jennifer and Kim or both awesome
It seems that some, not all of the staff, dont even acknowledge you as you walk in or out.. I bought a protien shake and the young lady that was attending me didn't even say a word to me, i found it very rude and impolite..When you walk into a fitness club you should feel welcomed..
I personally wouldnt recommend. At first signing up I thought the staff was friendly, the gym was clean and loved the color coded machines. However it wasnt until I wasted about $700 on the 3 month trainer program did I find out how horrible things were. I was lied to about when to cancel to be charge and all the extra bs money they want and also a nutrition plan. My trainer I could never get into contact for 2 weeks to a month. Nice staff, clean facilities and enough machines for the regular evening crowd. Close to home, too, so very convenient.
