This company is screwed up, as much as I pay into having a Trainor, then they walk out, and when I have my session we'll my Trainor cannot train me because you hire so many Trainor and the place is packed plus old equipment that doesn't work not worth it I moved on to planet FITNESS! LOVE IT, plus alot of people that i know from you fit have also moved on, YOU FIT YOU SUCK! WASTE OF MONEY
Worst gym ever. Immediately pressured into membership first day trial, immediately charged annual fees multiple charges monthly, pressured into personal training and don’t believe what they sell you, you’ll be locked in a contract without any way out even if you move where they don’t have locations available! No corporate office and third party billing so have to jump through hoops for any changes. The worst experience ever. The gyms they have are unsanitary and just low par. And, when you try to cancel your membership, they redirect you to a company that basically doesn't exist. It's a giant scam

Sorely disappointed at the lack of customer service from Mr. Perez at the YouFit on Coral Way. All I ask is “why can’t the stair masters ALL be fixed?” He began to raise his voice at me and tell me how busy he was (as he slouched and leaned on the counter—-please check the video footage from Jan 06, 2026). He would not acknowledge that as a paying customer with limited time, I need the machines to be clearly labeled and/or fixed (again reminding me that he is very busy).
