worst gym franchises to work for or join. They have broken machines for YEARS and Refuse to fix it saying “corporate is waiting”- I’m writing because I go to the coral way location and their bikes have been broken for over a year!! They only have 3 of them and 2 are broken. Very poor management . Also the Flagler location is always so dirty the bathroom are gross. Maybe part of the duties of the people that sit at the front desk and do nothing should be cleaning? 3 bikes 1 is broken and 2 don’t have foot straps that work. Very poor gym

Please look into your Sunsetstri Sunrise Florida location. As it’s getting bad, the AC is turned off or turned down very low. It’s extremely hot as you enter & hard to workout. It was never like this & someone is going to pass out. This needs to seriously be addressed. Patrons are going to cancel their membership & find other gyms.

This company is screwed up, as much as I pay into having a Trainor, then they walk out, and when I have my session we'll my Trainor cannot train me because you hire so many Trainor and the place is packed plus old equipment that doesn't work not worth it I moved on to planet FITNESS! LOVE IT, plus alot of people that i know from you fit have also moved on, YOU FIT YOU SUCK! WASTE OF MONEY

Worst gym ever. Immediately pressured into membership first day trial, immediately charged annual fees multiple charges monthly, pressured into personal training and don’t believe what they sell you, you’ll be locked in a contract without any way out even if you move where they don’t have locations available! No corporate office and third party billing so have to jump through hoops for any changes.
