Great to be back. It's a smaller gym but offers so many varieties of group fitness classes, as well as a full weight floor with all the elliptical equipment you could ask for.
The equipment is simple and straightforward people are friendly and helpful staff and clients alike and the Zumba class absolutely rocks!
Meredith is the best personal trainer!! Talk about kicking a$$. She has taught me the correct way to lose weight and keep my bones healthy. I would recommend her to all.
I use this gym to work out, I have been to many gyms in my life this chain makes real attempts to do the best...some of you people who are Being so critical should back off a little. These places have staff to tend to everyone's needs and procedures for getting them done. It certainly would not kill anyone to assist little by picking up something you see on the floor, if for no other reason BECAUSE YOU TAKE PRIDE IN THE FACILITY YOU TRAIN IN.
