Lady at the front door was very helpful, asked me what I was trying to do and fitness goals. Was a very friendly atmosphere. It was very clean in there also. Just started a membership.
Love the staff, always helpful, great gym and my trainer is amazing. He keeps me motivated, challenged and accountable for my progress. Shout out to Darnell, one of the best! Thank you, for helping me achieve my goals.
Paid for a Trainer and ended up with a torn rotater cuff and surgery - I now have a $50,000 shoulder thanks to an inexperienced, immature Trainer! Then still tried to charge me for training and had to explain their own contract medical release to them. #Neveragain
They go through managers & employees like clockwork so they don't really care about you
I joined YouFit about 3 weeks ago. Today I had a fitness assessment It started out ok but quickly became apparent this was designed primarily for me to buy time with a trainer. No demo on the express circuit, machines and no info on the classes offered there. Very disappointed. Still have time to cancel before my 1st month's payment is made. Undecided if I will keep it.
If you join the youfit challenge make sure to ask them what the official rules are. I won the challenge by losing the most percentage of weight but was disqualified for no before picture which I wasn't advised was mandatory. The whole point of the challenge was who lost the most percentage yet they chose to focus on a picture. As far as the employees and trainers they are nice and supportive. It's just sad their corporate/regional doesn't care about their clients.
I love this gym! I have been a member of every gym in this area- YMCA, GOLDS, AMFAM... but i have never felt as welcome and comfortable as I do here. The equipment is top of the line, with tvs and fans in each one, and you actually see the staff cleaning constantly... floors, equipment, mirrors, and windows... the locker rooms are also immaculate. And you get everything at an affordable rate with no hidden fees (READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing so there are no surprises). All in all I am very happy here and I hope they cont... read more
I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is AMAZING! So friendly, courteous and are pleasant conversationalists. They have fun and make the atmosphere fun. The equipment is top notch and I could not be happier with the decision I made to join.
