I have always had great experiences when I go to my dentist. They listen carefully to your needs and work hard to meet them. I like how transparent they are regarding the cost of different services and how you can have it broken down into smaller parts especially if you have very little insurance coverage. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Very professional and trustworthy to make sure you understand your procedure and will make sure everything is done correctly and as comfortable as possible for you.
I transferred to this dentist office a few months ago and have since had a full check up as well as my wisdom teeth removed. Each visit has been met with professionalism, friendliness and comfortability. I was very pleased with Dr. Pakroo’s efficiency with removing my wisdom teeth with just a bit of freezing, 2 teeth out in less than 30 minutes! His hygienists need a special shout out as well, thank you so much everyone!
I had the most uncomfortable dental experience I have ever had in my life here. My FIRST VISIT was for a cleaning and mild tooth sensitivity on 1-2 teeth. The dentist Pasha quoted me an absurd amount of money to replace every filling in my mouth for no reason. Despite multiple requests to stop contacting me, the office continued reaching out until I had to block them. I went to You Make Me Smile Dental Centre to fix a broken tooth and get help for another one causing serious pain. They got me in quickly — but that’s where the care ended. Instead of treating the problem or offering any real relief, I was told I need 7 fillings and 5 crowns, then told to just take painkillers. Nothing was actually done. I walked out with the same pain I came in with and a $200 bill for absolutely nothing. It felt like a sales pitch, not a dental appointment.
