Elizabeth is the therapist you didn’t know you needed. She has helped me change my life in a very short period of time. I started working with her around 6 months ago and I am so much more empowered and confident. Shes results driven and she’s teaching me the tools I need to be my favorite self today and in the future. I can’t recommend her enough, and I don’t want to know where I’d be without her.
