Mala atención en youdrive dallas. Me imagino que en todos los dealers de la companía. No compren sus autos ahí. Cuando adquirí mi auto en 2022 me dijeron que terminando de pagar me iban a entregar mi título. Ya llevo 10 meses esperándolo y nada. He llamado al número que ellos recomiendan 8002823154 no me dan solución.
Buyer beware. This place will sell you a car that they know has real issues thats 10,000 over price and not bat an eye. I got a car that had a noise i was told it was just a 2 hour fix and the service department was already aware of it. On my way home the noise got louder and louder so I head to their service lot. They tell me there is nothing they can do for me. I go back and forth and end up saying to bring back in morning and they would look at it. Haven’t even had car 2weeks yet and walked outside days ago to key not working , not even to open the door. Called and left voicemails , today marks 4 days an no response from the manager not even once . I do not reccomend anyone going here, not liking how they do business. Quick to take your money but not quick on handling concerns at all. Dont waste your time with this car lot, this happening just showed us what type of car lot they running !
Mala experiencia con ellos, no es una empresa seria. Terminé de pagar mi carro en noviembre del 2025, no me han entregado mi título y hasta la fecha no me dan solución al respecto.
They are liars don’t fix things on time, They offer no paper work They don’t honor warranty They offer no paper trail before you buy call the service center See if they answer they won’t. That’s what you will be dealing with. But sales will answer your call no problem. They just want to finesse you out of your money. There are better ethical dealers in Texas.If you come in person they won’t help .
