Horrible communication skills. One kid who claims to be a sells rep looks like a little thug who can't even talk professionally. Examples: yea, waz up, nah fam, I thought I was being pranked for a min. But they set appointments and completely have no clue whatsoever on whats going on. Down payment reasonable. But the inventory they have is not the same as online. They definitely need to work on their organization skills.

I finally paid off my vehicle after 3 years dealing with disrespectful racist representatives at you Drive auto. I’ve noticed after 5 months they still haven’t reported to the credit Bureau that the vehicle is paid off, so I called in and the Representatives ( Eduardo) are still giving me a hard time! This place has the worst customer service skills ever!
Josy ,Brayan ,and Mario is the best around. They got me into a vehicle that I really wanted. Wish I could give them 1,000 stars bc they truly deserve it. Again thank you 🙌🏾
