I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I absolutely do not recommend them; it's a total scam. I returned my car within three days of purchase because they wouldn't give me an online account to deposit the payments and track my payments. They also refused to return my $1,600 down payment. It's truly sad that they play with people. $1,600 hurts in this country, especially if you're an immigrant. I thought they would empathize with me, but they didn't care. Do NOT Recommend! they never answer the phone. Had my car for a year, then began having mechanical issues and they were not helpful. car stopped on me , never missed a payment , hadnt had the car since January, I stopped making payments due to me being unable to drive it and they haven't tried to repo or allow me to surrender .
