Ordered a simple flower arrangement to be delivered to my wife, at her work, on her birthday. She never got them, and I tried to call this shop multiple time well within business hours and got nothing but straight to voicemail. It wasn't till 7 pm that I got a email stating they canceled my order. I do not recommend relying on this place to get an order to its recipient on time. Totally screwed up a day I tried to make special for my wife while I'm 3000 miles away from home.

0/10 would not recommend. I ordered birthday flowers and recipient never received them. I am currently deployed overseas and unable to call. I've sent two emails, no response. I had my parents call, no response. I was charged and no delivery confirmation. If something happened as to why you could not produce and/or deliver flowers I have paid for you should at least be able to communicate that.
Ordered some flowers for my mom and they did a wonderful job and were able to fit my budget and provide a gorgeous bouquet! Will definitely order again!!
