Sorry you had to experience that how about 1,985 stolen from your account , keeping your information on file without permission, continuing taking money out until you blocked them from stealing. This company can have potential if they stop trying to milk their customers. We as consumers work hard for our money, they deserve no stars. Very sad!
I prepaid for services, canceled and essentially was told I had to pay $875 to use my $1200’s worth of services from the $2700 worth that I originally purchased, that have already been paid for. I even said I could come after finding out the repercussions for cancelling, which by the way were not mentioned until coincidentally had already been filled within a few minutes of communication about cancelling.
