I've been getting my yearly eye exam at this office for four years now, even when it's been out-of-network, because the experience has just been that good. I've seen Dr Jennifer Bodley a few times, and just yesterday had a visit with Dr Judy Velasco. Both of these doctors are incredible, and their supporting staff are as well. I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Eyelab (now Stanton Optical). State of the art technology used for complete eye exams is like none I have seen before. Dr. Ed, Audrey and Edgar are true professionals. I love my glasses that Audrey picked out for me! My sunglasses are the same frame in a different color. Customer service is the best!
I was treated horribly here. When I got here the staff lady looked up my VSP and said I wasn't eligible. I knew I was and called VSP to confirm. After that the lady very rudely said she would look it up again. And of course I was eligible. She then said I could no longer have my appointment because of the time it took me to call to confirm because SHE looked it up wrong. Instead of simply apologizing, she treated me extremely disrespectfully. Don’t go here.
Dr. Bodley and her staff were amazing. Makes me want to stop in and just visit! Thank you all!
