I'm not sure I've ever left a one star review and I understand sometimes things happen, but this guy was completely unprofessional. He agreed to meet at my office at 12pm to give me a quote on replacing a spiral staircase. At 12:31pm I text him to see if he is nearby and he responds that he's not going to make it. He didn't even have the courtesy to give an excuse, just said he's not going to make it. I wish he would have at least notified me before I drove there, not 31 minutes later and only because I texted...
