I normally don’t go over to Montebello that much anymore due to the many gangs in that neighborhood. You have the Hispanic gangs, the Asian Gangs, etc. And it did not surprise me since about the Asian gangs since Asians comprise of 11% of the residence in Montebello and 67% in the adjacent city of Monterey Park. Very good, "fast" japanese food, dining room needs some improvement tho!
This is by far the best Yoshinoya I have ever been too. This restaurant is alway clean and the emplyoees are always nice and friendly. The food quailty is very good here and the food tastes sooooo good at this location. They make you feel very welcomed here and its a great place to bring your friends and family to eat at.
I often go during my lunch for a #1 special; but would never take my wife and children there. It's too bad because the staff is always friendly and prompt and the food is always good and hot. It's just the transients in there the mess up this place. This place operates 24 hours a day. Parking is always available too.
