Hello, I wanted to bring a serious food-safety concern to your attention regarding your Santa Monica Blvd location. I observed a male employee with what appeared to be an open wound or skin condition on the back of he’s head. He is tall bold with a hat heavy set young guys. I also observed him touching packing food handling food without gloves. I would suggest that he uses gloves at all times and have him cure what he has in back of his head.
