My experience at this facility was good, they had me unloaded within 1:30 hr due to the load being glass bottle they had to take their time making sure no glass bottles were broken. Make sure to go 30 mins before ur appt. They have restroom onsite u just have to ask them for permission to go inside always have safety vest on. No overnight staying only reason why is 4 star
