I missed an appointment with Dr Yoshimura. Thats where I went wrong with Dr. Yoshimura. He dropped me and won’t return my calls. Spoke to him apologizing for missing the appointment as I was busy with my daughters wedding in Philadelphia. His response was “everybody is busy.” That is just no excuse for missing the appointment. If you miss an appointment, “we don’t call back.” I even told him I would compensate him for the missed appointment. He doesn’t care. I had my first toothache while on vacation in Hawaii. Dr Yoshimura is an excellent, gentle dentist with a very friendly staff and has a beautiful state-of-the-art office. Gorgeous views from the rooms and painless dentistry. My entire experience was exceptional.
