I've consistently experienced excellent customer service with Yosemite Irrigation, particularly with Chris. Their communication stands out – if you send a detailed email, and follow up with a phone call after your email. I also appreciate their after-hours service: if you call after hours and leave a message, you get an automated text confirming their office is closed, but you can reply with details and even pictures. “Lines not buried, No permit pulled, no rain sensor, No valve box, Ran 3/4 inch pipe instead of 1 inch, No back flow, Rotor should be 1 foot off the house, should have 1-2 more zones instead of crammed into 4 dozens because there’s not great pressure. While I can’t speak to the quality of this company’s irrigation repair service, I can share my experience with their customer service. I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 20, with an ETA of 2–4 PM, after waiting three weeks. On the day of, I was informed they were overbooked and no one was available in the St. Augustine area. We rescheduled for Tuesday, June 24, again from 2–4 PM. We’ve used Yosemite for a handful of smaller projects and they always do a great job. They go above and beyond and are very easy and friendly to work with. Chris is wonderful; he is easy to get hold of and tries to get you scheduled as soon as possible, often making accommodations if needed. Brett, their lead person to come out and do the jobs is fantastic as well. He’s always very polite, courteous, on time, and hard working!
