the guy is a complete liar. wanted to get a bid on a new home. nearly three weeks later i called to see where my bid stands. he responded that he does not build in minnetonka. thats too far from lakeville while building a house in the northeast of the cities. wonder what else he would have lied about
Watch Out has had lots of problems with clients
I would not recommend. Client did not have good experience, lots of warranty issues left uncorrected very late with the job. Builder very confrontational with resolving issues.
Known to have lots of problems.
