Very disappointed with my experience here.
Dr Dai was fine but her receptionist/admin is terrible. Mary (the admin) in particular is disorganised, rude, and obnoxious. I’m glad I found another GP so I won’t have to deal with her lack of professionalism again. They also tried to charge me money simply for transferring my records to another doctor, which should be a basic courtesy
I have been with Dr. Dai now for about 2 years and can't say enough about her professionalism, kindness, and ability to truly listen to your health concerns and address them thoughtfully. She is not only a great doctor but wonderful person too.
Very long wait times. Perfunctory visits. No follow up. Open to prescription that you ask for
