WARNING DON’T DO IT. Office staff don’t know anything about the housing voucher program. They expect the resident to completely explain the whole process to them. When they are clearly on a list and state they accept such assistance. Yet turn around and take your 60$ application fee run it without the housing voucher of course that person is going to get denied hints why they’re on an assistance program 🙄
What is with the pool being closed multiple times a week?!? It’s open some points of the day usually in the mornings then closes in the evenings so not sure why the pool hours were extended? You get told different things by different employees. Just sucks when you trek kids up there expecting to swim then get turned away and told to come back tomorrow just for it to be closed again?!? Tyler and devin from the maintenance team were absolutely wonderful. As soon as our air conditioning went out they came after their hours to help us out. They were quick and professional and stayed in contact with us while we were waiting for a new unit. We've been here a month so far and we’re really enjoying it!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. They're way over priced. The maintenance team is a joke. It took them 5 months to fix a hole in my cieling from a busted pipe. They took a month to replace my washer when it broke. My window broke in the middle of winter and it took them 2 weeks to come out and look at it. The AC wont get your house below 72 in summer because of how drafty these buildings are and how old the AC units are. And they will price you out at the end of the lease
