This clinic just hang up phone call when they can't do a prescription refill. In the past all my prescription is 1 year, after switching to this family doctor, he gives me 6 months only. I have no idea why he only gives me 6 month. The pharmacy has already sent the refill request to the office but the office claim they never receive anything. I have no way to get my medicine and I am dying and this office hang off the phone. You can imagine how you feel in this situation. The office said next time need to have 1 week notice.... read more

So Yorkson Medical Clinic has a policy that says: "Please be advised that our clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing an appointment will incur a fee of $75." Does this policy work the other way around also? I had a phone call appointment yesterday at 3:15pm with Dr. Alam and I confirmed it, but never got a call from the doctor. I had a fantastic experience at this medical clinic. From the moment I walked in, Ridhi at the front desk made the process seamless. I haven’t been with them for more than a year, they want to charge me to switch clinics. Their administration staff: every time I have to deal with them, they seem clueless to everything. I am on my third pregnancy and feel like I’m teaching them. I do not recommend at all. The NP’s are nice and listen but, their overall office is tiny, staff doesn’t seem to understand much and charging for everything.
